Pool Disclaimer (Seasonal Community Pool):

The pool is a seasonal community pool and is not owned or managed by the property owner or host. Pool availability, hours of operation, and maintenance schedules are determined by the community/HOA and may change without notice.

For now, pool hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and opens in between May 1st till November 1st. Because this is a shared community amenity, we cannot guarantee availability, cleanliness, occupancy levels, or operating conditions during your stay. The pool is typically open seasonally, weather and maintenance permitting.

If pool access is important to your stay, we recommend confirming availability prior to booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
