Pool Information

The community pool is now open and is available daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Please note that the pool is owned, managed, and maintained by the HOA, not by our team. While guests are welcome to use it during operating dates and hours, we do not have control over pool operations, maintenance, cleanliness, or unexpected closures. The HOA may close the pool at any time due to weather, maintenance, cleaning, or other operational needs.

Because the pool is an HOA-managed amenity and outside of our control, availability is not guaranteed and closures are not eligible for refunds.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $300.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
