Tranquil 2 BR/ 2 bath, Across the street from Base in quiet neighborhood

Located just across the Hwy 24 from Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and between the Piney Green gate and Main gate for quick access.

Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots/pans, microwave. Washer and dryer are available for use. There is a small cement patio outside with chairs.

This is a completely private home that is half duplex, so there is one shared common wall.

This is a private home for your exclusive enjoyment. This home is in a neighborhood so please keep that in mind. My neighbors have and do call me when guests decide to not respect the no party rule. The fireplace is for decoration only and not to be used.

Easy access to base, Jacksonville or the beaches!

Highly recommend having car as Jacksonville has limited public transportation options.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 21 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
